As a socially responsible company, we consciously strive to have a positive impact on society, the environment, and the economy. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy focuses on three main areas.

Environmental |
|
Societal |

Compliance / Business Ethics |
We recognise the need to protect the natural environment and keep it clean and unpolluted, following best practices in terms of limiting our impact on the environment. Apart from legal obligations, we proactively seek to protect the environment through our implemented initiatives. |
Our employees and clients are part of the SGWM ‘society’ and we’re are all part of wider societies in our localities and further afield. We’ve broken this into two broad areas: • Health & Welfare of Staff • Community |
We’re committed to operating legally and with a conscience and have a willingness to observe both our own company values, and those of the community in which we exist. |
We have an 'in-house' CSR Committee who share a short list of proposed charities to our staff each year, giving them the opportunity to vote on the charity they would prefer to receive SGWM support.
Staff can propose any charity they would like including in the survey and support can be financial via direct donations - in lieu of Christmas cards to clients, for example - or through activities or events with which they can get directly involved.

Formed in 2006, Norwich Baroque is a musical ensemble which works with eminent soloists from the early music world to give fresh and vibrant performances of music by popular and less well-known Baroque composers.
SG Wealth Management has been principal sponsor of Norwich Baroque since 2015, which provides an opportunity for our clients to attend various concerts each year, plus our annual SGWM Gala evening which is usually held at Norwich Cathedral.
Each year, our CSR Committee identifies a new artist to support and enter into a sponsorship/licensing agreement with, allowing us to provide a fresh look to our marketing literature and website whilst also giving some exposure. This can be any art style and from anyone - whether established, amateur or student.
This year we have chosen Rick Bowden a local photographer who specialises in landscape photography.
