It’s a challenging time for many of us and, while there can be benefits to working from home, it can be difficult to take yourself away from work and look after yourself.

Here at SGWM, we want to ensure our colleagues keep their brain and body healthy, so we’ve engaged the services of two fitness and lifestyle experts to deliver various virtual sessions to our colleagues over the next fortnight!

With a menu of different activities – ranging from yoga, meditation and nutrition talks, to a wellness talk and workouts suitable for all levels of fitness – we’re sure that all of our colleagues will find something that benefits their mind and body.
