The purpose of this role is to build excellent working relationships with Wealth Managers, Paraplanning and Client Services whilst ensuring the service our clients and your colleagues receive is exemplary, whilst developing yourself and your knowledge at the same time.
The first phase of this role is to participate in a project to onboard new clients over a period of 12 to 18 months, meeting both the business and compliance needs.
The Trainee role is the first step in a structured development opportunity for the role holder to move to a competent Technical Support position, supporting both Client Services and Paraplanning with technical assistance within a centralised team.
The Technical Support role offers development pathways with support provided, to progress into Paraplanning and advisory roles in the future.

£31,050 – £36,000 p.a. Negotiable (Starting salary dependent on knowledge, skills, experience & qualifications. Salary progression is available for Trainees upon gaining further experience and qualification whilst in the role). |
Hours: |
37.5 hrs working week, Monday – Friday 08:30 -17:00 (1 hour Lunch) There is some flexibility in start and finish time and the potential for working from home, on a discretionary basis, once induction and training completed. |
